TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. Estimates & Scope of Work

All estimates are based on the agreed scope of work and are subject to change due to unforeseen conditions, material costs,

or customer-requested modifications. Additional work requires customer authorization and may result in additional charges.

2. Deposits & Progress Payments

Noyes Enterprises LLC reserves the right to require deposits and progress payments based on the percentage of work

completed, materials purchased, and project milestones. Payment schedules will be specified in estimates, contracts, or

invoices, subject to applicable law. All progress payments are credited toward the total contract price.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Past-due balances may be subject to lawful late charges if

agreed upon in advance. Work may be suspended for nonpayment where permitted by law and the applicable contract.

4. Custom Fabrication & Restorations

Custom-designed, fabricated, and restoration work may involve variations in finish, fitment, and appearance. Hidden

damage, corrosion, structural deficiencies, and unforeseen conditions may require additional labor or materials. Such

additional work will be discussed and authorized before proceeding.

5. Changes & Cancellations

Changes to approved designs, materials, or project specifications may affect pricing and completion schedules. Upon

cancellation, the customer remains responsible for authorized work performed, materials purchased, and noncancelable

commitments, subject to applicable law and contract terms.

6. Project Scheduling & Completion

Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Noyes Enterprises LLC is not responsible

for delays beyond its reasonable control, including material shortages, supplier delays, weather, or unforeseen project

conditions.

7. Warranty & Liability

Noyes Enterprises LLC warrants workmanship as required by applicable law and any written project warranty. Damage

resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications is excluded to the extent permitted by

law. Nothing herein limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

8. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when expressly incorporated into an accepted estimate, proposal, contract, or other

enforceable agreement. Project-specific written agreements and mandatory legal requirements take precedence over

conflicting website terms.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Progress billing is based on the percentage of work completed, materials purchased, and agreed project milestones.

Payment is due according to the terms stated on this invoice.
